Company Background

The Simpson Company  is a derivative of a development and management company in which the principal of the company has been involved with since the early 1970s.  Our local specialization distinguishes us from national brokerage firms.  We provide a spectrum of industrial and commercial real estate services -- including both owner and tenant representation.

As a result, The Simpson Company has undertaken tasks and learned skills in the real estate development and property management fields. It is our attention to detail and personal service that enhances our services to you – tenants and owners alike.  Key personnel have been involved from preliminary land use planning and analysis, government processing and entitlements, actual on-site construction, marketing and initial lease up, and continuing as a property manager to oversee the investment assets to ensure that the ultimate goal of the owner is achieved while satisfying the needs for proper facilities for tenant businesses.

The Simpson Company coordinates and supervises the upkeep of the property from janitorial service and grounds maintenance through tenant improvement work and capital renovations.
